The existing workshop covers an area of more than 8000 square meters, of which the foundry workshop covers 6000 square meters and the precision processing workshop covers 2000 square meters. At the beginning of its establishment, the company mainly focused on investment casting. With the continuous development of enterprises and the needs of customers, the company has also developed into a comprehensive enterprise which integrates investment casting, sand casting, precision mechanical parts processing and various kinds of trade parts sales, providing one-stop packaging services to customers.



The company adopts international advanced investment casting technology, and imports OBLF spectrometer imported from Germany for composition detection before furnace. It specializes in producing precision and sand casting parts of stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, nodular iron, gray iron and other materials. Annual plant capacity: stainless steel up to 800T, ductile iron, gray iron up to 3000T. At the same time, the company has more than 30 sets of profiling machines, precision internal and external grinders, processing centers and CNC lathes and other precision processing equipment. The maximum processing diameter is 1000 MM, the length is 4000 MM. It is equipped with flaw detector, Haxconn coordinates and other precision testing equipment to provide customers with high-quality and fast follow-up processing services.



Wuxi TT Technology Co., Ltd. passed the ISO9001:2000 quality management system in 2011, the new IATF16949 system certification in 2018, and the factory passed the national environmental assessment certification. We plan to implement ISO 9001:14000.
